NAOI Avalanche Class 10:00 A.M. to 04:00 P.M. Portage Room NAOI presents Beacon & Eggs Training, a free backcountry and avalanche awareness clinic at The Hotel Alyeska and EZ Searcher Beacon Park. Course topics include identifying and assessing avalanche terrain, trip planning, route selection and intro to use of beacons, shovels, probes and emergency response. $15 entry inludes breakfast at the Tramway Cafe and entry into the raffle to receive a beacon, shovel and probe from AMS. Clinic is free and open to the public and to purchase the breakfast and raffle add-on stop by the Tram Ticket Office.
