Mountain-Top Dining

Seven Glaciers, Alyeska Resort’s delectable AAA Four Diamond award-winning mountain-top restaurant, is an experience not to be missed. Find exquisite Alaskan entrees in an elegant atmosphere. You’ll also appreciate the Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence wine list and full bar. Be sure to leave room for dessert, because the Baked Alyeska cannot be missed. Make your reservations in advance and the tram ride is free!

For casual, light fare and quick delicious meals, head to Glacier Express, where you’ll find panoramic views of Turnagain Arm, Chugach Mountain Range, and seven "hanging" glaciers.  Glacier Express makes it easy, as a self-service restaurant offering hearty soups & chili, sandwiches, wraps, snacks, and more.

In the Hotel

Start your morning off with Starbucks^TM and fresh pastry or hot breakfast to go. The Tramway Café is open daily and serves up great eats all day featuring pizza by the slice, panini sandwiches, salads and a variety of snacks.

The Pond Café offers a comfortable breakfast setting with option of breakfast buffets and a la carte menu. Get ready for a day on the slopes with a real sit-down breakfast.

Sakura Restaurant offers a fun and modern dining experience featuring fresh seafood and meats, creative specialty rolls and cocktails. Sakura’s menu focuses on signature dishes including Chicken Teriyaki, Grilled Wagyu Steak, Shrimp Tempura, and Glazed Alaskan Salmon, as well as hand-crafted specialty rolls and sushi prepared to perfection. Pair dinner with a wide selection of beer, wine, sake and not-to-be-missed specialty cocktails.

Try the Aurora Bar & Grill for refined comfort food in a fun friendly-family atmosphere. This is a great place to get simple fresh Alaskan seafood, steaks, gourmet sandwiches and specialty pizzas. The bar provides an extensive wine list, great beers on tap and cocktails, and features 42" plasma TVs.

There's always the indulgent option of in-room dining. It's actually a very practical way to fuel up without giving up the comforts of your hotel room.

Daylodge Base Area

For great aprés ski, hit the Sitzmark Bar & Grill. Find the best burgers and grilled sandwiches on the mountain, plus over a dozen local and seasonal beers on tap. Open daily in the winter with live music every weekend. The Sitzmark is a great place to meet friends and unwind.
