Seven Glaciers Restaurant presents a wine dinner featuring California's Chimney Rock. The Chimney Rock estate was established in 1980 by Hack and Stella Wilson, who brought their love of wine and South African winery architecture to the Napa Valley. The estate now comprises 119 acres of vineyards divided into 28 distinct blocks, allowing for highly specialized viticulture suited to each specific site.
