Seven Glaciers Restaurant presents a wine dinner featuring California's Jordan Vineyard & Winery. In 1972, Tom and Sally Jordan, a young couple from Colorado who shared an unbridled enthusiasm for French food and wine, followed their hearts to California’s wine country. Even after more than 30 vintages at Jordan, each year's fruit is treated like a brand new baby with its own unique needs and characteristics, choosing winemaking methods from old-world artistry and innovations based on new research and hands-on experience.
