About Svia Rothstein
Svia has been practicing yoga for 21 years. In that time, she has been exposed to a number of great teachers and schools of yoga, diving into trainings with a beginner’s mind at every opportunity. From heat building and fluid styles of Ashtanga Vinyasa and “flow” to grounding and restorative Yin yoga to the cleansing Kriyas, breath-work and meditations of Kundalini, she feels blessed to have such a vast and eclectic trove from which to practice and teach. Svia teaches a layered and diverse practice which caters and adapts to the people present. She strives to offer a challenging and at the same time, sustainable practice which renders a feeling of whole body calm, mental clarity and spiritual grounding.
