Reservation Policy

Thank you for choosing The Hotel Alyeska.

Your reservation is subject to the following terms & conditions:

• Full prepayment for stay required at time of reservation
• Hotel Alyeska is a non-smoking property - a $250 cleaning fee will be assessed for smoking in any guest room or public area
• All reservations are subject to $10 per night Resort Fee which provides access to an array of resort-wide services
• All reservations are subject to 12% lodging tax
• Rates apply to single or double occupancy; $25 charge for a third adult
• No charge for children (under 18) staying with up to two adults using existing bedding
• Bed type (king or two doubles) can be requested but are not guaranteed
• Check-in time is 4 pm / Check-out time is noon
• Late check-out is available until 6 pm (based on availability) for an additional charge of 50% of the room rate per room plus lodging tax
• Unscheduled early departures are subject to a fee of no less than 50% of room rate per room
• Hotel guests must be 21 or older to make a reservation and/or check-in. Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by someone 21 or over during the stay. Guests age 18 or under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• No pets please

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted without penalty or fee 48 hours prior to 4 pm on scheduled day of arrival and seven-days prior in March (Peak Season). In the event of a late cancellation, deposit may be credited for up to 1 year from original arrival date. Failure to arrive will result in forfeiture of the deposit. All no-show nights will be billed. The cancellation policy will not be waived in the case of unexpected flight cancellations or rescheduling.

Minimum Night Stay Requirements
The Hotel may require a two-night minimum stay during weekends in peak season (February through April, including Spring Carnival and select holiday weekends: MLK, President's Day) and three-night minimum stay during holiday periods (Christmas, New Year's Eve, ASD Spring Break).

Travel Agents
Room Rates are commissionable at 10%. Packages are commissionable at 10% of the room portion. Group rates are non-commissionable.

Erroneous Pricing Notice
Alyeska Resort reserves the right not to honor any published prices or coupons that it determines were erroneous due to printing, electronic or clerical error.
