Expand your horizons on fungi and those who love them at a screening of Ron Mann's documentary Know Your Mushrooms in the Daylodge. Free! Open to all ages.
Friday, August 26 | 7 pm
Enjoy a five-course gourmet meal featuring local fungus treasures and paired wines. Dinner will be presented by Patrick Hamilton, famed "myco-chef" from Sonoma County, and Alyeska Resort's Executive Chef Micheal Cairns. The evening also includes live and silent auctions as well as music by Carlyle & the Supersaturated Sugar Strings.
