Skiers and snowboarders will test their endurance during Alyeska Resort’s third annual North Face Vertical Challenge, a day-long race in which 50 competitors vie to see who can get the most accumulated vertical on the North Face from 9 am until 5 pm. Contestants will use a special gate to access the steep and wide open North Face and the winner will be the man and woman with the most laps at the end of the day.
