Cocktail Server - Seven Glaciers
Serves beverages to patrons seated at tables in bar or cocktail lounge.

Requirements•Greets guests, takes beverage and food requests.
•Enters orders into the RTP system.
•Collects drinks from Bartender, adds appropriate garnish, places on tray, and serves to patrons with cocktail napkins.
•Prepares wine buckets and uncorks and pours bottled wine.
•Stocks area as required.
•Maintains clean & neat work area.
•Computes bill and accepts payment.
•Takes orders for and serves light meals and hors d'oeuvres.
•Requests identification from customers when legal age is questioned.
•Removes empty or dirty glasses and bottles and returns them to the bar or kitchen.
•Clean and maintain tables and counter sets.
•Runs food as needed for outlet.
•Other duties as assigned.

Previous server experience strongly preferred. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have or be able to obtain, the following: TAM/TIPS card and Food Handlers Card.
