Alyeska Bike Park 2015 Events

Alyeska Enduro - July 18, 2015

The Alyeska Enduro features a 6.5 mile loop consisting of  three downhill timed segments linked by uphill segments that are not timed.  Your result will be the combined time of the 3 segments. Your total lap time will not be used to determine your placing. Registration will begin at 9 am with racing beginning at 10 am.

The Loop:
Start in front of Daylodge
Ride up Chair 3 work road past top of 7 to start of Blueberry Pancake Trail;

First (of 3) timed segments is Blueberry Pancake to Homestretch/NFT trailhead sign.
Continue riding past base 7 and over to start of Winner Creek Extension by Arlberg Culvert
Ride Winner Creek Extension to Verbier-Challenge-Base 

BCQ:
Load bike on BCQ
From top BCQ ride to Chair 3 T, then continue up Race Trail work road to Mid 4 Pump house and top Race Trail Berms
Second timed segment is Race Trail Berms-Klondike Cut Off-finish just above base of Ted's.

Load bike on Ted’s
From top of Ted’s ride up Don’s Crossing-across Ego Flats and continue up Silvertip to junction of Friday’s
Third timed segment is Fridays-Ego-Lower Don’s Crossing-Creek Crossing-Knoll Trees-Waterfall-Tanaka Grasslands-Last Call.

Alyeska Cup Race Series - June 28, July 26, Aug. 30 & Sept. 6

The Alyeska Cup is designed with its winter counterpart in mind, Town League. The Alyeska Cup is a downhill mountain bike race series that challenges the rider's skills as they face a downhill single track course laid before them. Riders are complete timed runs and earn points throughout the series. At the end of the biking series a winner is determined. Weekly prizes! 3rd Annual Mountain Bike Festival - September 4 - 7

Live music, bikes and free competitions, what else could you want? The third annual Mountain Bike Festival will offer three days of competition, live music, demos, workshops and of course riding the Alyeska Bike Park. Events to include a chainless downhill, tight-rope ride, distance air, wheelie and cross-country rally.
