February 1, 2012 (Girdwood, Alaska) – After a successful two night run last summer during the Alyeska Summer Concert Series, Pato Banton determined that a wintertime show might be in his future. The resort is excited to announce Pato Banton in concert February 23, 24 and 25, 2012 at the Sitzmark Bar & Grill. Pato Banton delivers a message that is food for the mind and soul with a beat designed for dancing. He has been known to dialogue with his audience on a range of topics including current day events and spiritual freedom while keeping the vibes upbeat and fun. The direction of the concert is unique with every crowd and he doesn’t follow a set song list. Pato is excited to return to Alaskan and reconnect with his audience spreading the never-ending message of love and positivity that he is known for bringing to his performances around the world.
The Pato Banton concerts are part of the themed music weekends presented by Odom Southern Wine and Spirits, Malibu™ rum and Red Stripe™ beer. Participants dressed in reggae celebration costumes and attire will be eligible for prizes.
