Effective April 1, 2020, Alyeska Resort will suspend operations of The Hotel Alyeska, temporarily, until May 31, 2020. This decision was difficult to make but given the current circumstances, it’s unavoidable and necessary.
Alyeska Resort has proudly operated for 60 years in Girdwood, Alaska and our name is synonymous with adventure, joy and connection for our guests and our team. During this time, we encourage everyone to listen and respond accordingly to the advice of government officials and health care professionals as we navigate through this together.
We are committed to doing all we can to support our employees during these difficult times. We are proud of how our team has handled this adversity and we look forward to welcoming them back as soon as we’re able to do so.
Please note that any reservations made directly with The Hotel Alyeska during this period are cancelled automatically, without any fees. Guests who’ve booked through an online travel agent or other third-party vendor should contact their booking provider for information on policies. For any group bookings, we’ll work directly with your company representative.
As always, thank you so much for the outpouring of kind words and support from our guests, followers and community, they truly
mean a lot. For updates on reopening, please visit AlyeskaResort.com or follow announcements on our Facebook page.
