Scott Elnes, the weather guy from Anchorage's Channel 2 News (KTUU), joined us for some early winter fun as part of his blog on GotoAK.com. Scott has been avidly pursuing nordic skiing in Anchorage, and was reportedly known as a skier during his days in Seattle. Not having stepped foot onto skis in four years, Scott quickly took to his "new" shaped skis with absolutely no fear. He even ventured into The Spa at Alyeska for some post-skiing massage treatment.
