Mountain Updates

August 3, 2020

Hello Alyeska Fans,

The Aerial Tram is now OPEN daily from 10 am to 6 pm for the summer season! The mountain is open for hiking through the bowl side and up to the Mountain Station. Masks are mandatory for all tram riders as well as all public spaces. We are running the tram at 50% capacity to give everyone more space to distance and we are sanitizing high touch points every trip.

Bore Tide Dine & Ride Special: $45 includes tram ticket and $20 lunch voucher - No need to book ahead of your arrival, you can walk up to the tram ticket office and purchase your tickets at the office. Dine and Ride Special, and tram tickets, cannot be purchased in advance. Tickets must be purchased in person at the ticket office windows.

*Hikers with dogs* Given our limited capacity for aerial tramway operations this summer, we may not be able to accommodate your dog(s) on the download trips. We kindly ask that you avoid downloading with your dog during high capacity periods such as busy weekends, and holiday weekends. Ticketed riders will have priority for downloads

For additional questions please call the tram ticket office at 907.754.2275.

Winner Creek Trail is OPEN for out-and-back hiking but the Hand Tram is currently CLOSED. Please obey all posted signs and closures.

The Alyeska Bike Park is now OPEN! Face masks are required while inside the Daylodge this summer as well as while waiting in lift lines. Chairs will be loaded in pairs only and we ask that you ride the lift with the people you drove to the bike park with.

For your safety, and the safety of our lift crew, please wear your mask while in the lift line and loading areas. Masks are required in the Daylodge and inside all public spaces.

Thanks and get out and enjoy the hiking trails in the Girdwood Valley!

2020/21 Season passes are on sale NOW!
