Join us at Alyeska in November to re-center your focus onto health and wellness. 

Our all-inclusive retreat offers organic and locally focused meals, daily morning and evening yoga and meditation as well as a variety of daily activities to choose from including yoga, Pilates, trigger point therapy, holistic skin care, wellness talks and outdoor activities (weather permitting).

A wide variety of class options will be available throughout each day to give our attendees the opportunity to create their own experience that will leave them relaxed and centered before the holiday season.

The package includes a 3-night stay, conference sessions, and meals and snacks, and is available for single occupancy or double occupancy.

Thursday November 16

4:00 pm - Check in begins, get settled in your space and ready to experience the weekend

6:30 pm to 8:00 pm - Group Gathering and intention setting followed by Restorative Yoga

8:00 pm - Welcome Dinner with Local Alaskan Menu Choices and a chance to meet instructors and friends

Friday November 17

7:30 am to 7:50 am - Morning Meditation

8:00 am to 9:30 am - Sunrise Yoga

9:30 am - Breakfast

11:00 am to 12:30 pm - Breakout sessions—Choose your wellness adventure!

  • Yoga Track - Clear Mind and Conscious Breath (Meditation, Mantra, and Pranayama)
  • Pilates Track – Intro to Pilates for the Yogi
  • Wellness Track - Ski Season Conditioning – Circuit Training                                            

1:00 pm - Lunch

3:00 pm to 4:30 pm - Breakout sessions—Choose your wellness adventure!

  • Yoga Track - Detox to your CORE
  • Pilates Track – Mat Class
  • Wellness Track - Raw/Superfoods cooking demo

4:30 pm to 6:30 pm - Free time - walk, swim, spa, pilates private lessons

6:30 pm - Dinner

8:30 pm to 9:30 pm - Evening Session - Yoga Nidra (Divine Sleep)

Saturday November 18
