Mountain Access
The team at Alyeska Resort gains access to a long list of perks. When it comes to getting out on the mountain, you and your dependents receive FREE mountain access for skiing and snowboarding, mountain biking, and sightseeing via the Tram! Team members get free Group Lessons as well as discounts on rentals and in all of our retail outlets. And beyond that, as a proud member of the PNSAA, Alyeska Resort participates in a lift ticket exchange program with ski resorts in Alaska and around the Pacific Northwest which provides team members with free access to a wide range of resorts. Employees are also able to take advantage of Alyeska Resort being on the Ikon Pass and receive 50% off lift tickets at nearly all Ikon locations (with some exclusions).

On-Site Employee Housing
Alyeska Resort offers on-site housing for full-time employees (for a fee). Located within a few minutes’ walk from the hotel, we have shared units as well as studio and 1-bedroom apartments available. These spaces feature high-speed Wi-Fi, coin-operated laundry machines, and an employee gym. Commuter stipends are also available to Full-time employees (some exclusions apply).
Employee Experience Shuttle
The Employee Experience team provides regular shuttle trips to Anchorage so employees can run errands, get groceries, schedule appointments, etc. Please be advised that there are currently no public transportation options between Anchorage and Girdwood. In addition to taxis and ride-sharing services, alternative options like Red Eye Rides and the Girdwood Express make daily stops in Anchorage.
