Rental Policies
For Alyeska Bike Park access visit the Daylodge | Thursday – Monday at 11 am
For e-bike, fat bike and XC bikes, visit the Mountain Concierge on the second floor of the hotel
- Valid photo ID required for all rentals.
- Deposit required for all rentals, with a valid credit or debit card.
- Parents, if you will not be with your child at the time of rental, please make sure that you print out the Parental Rental Release Form (PDF) and that your child brings the completed and signed form to either the Daylodge or resort rental shop.

*Please note: if you are under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian signature is required for all rental equipment. A credit card and a printed and signed Liability & Rental Release Form is required for all rental transactions (with parental signature for minors).
