Today's Snow Report

Mountain Updates: February 17, 2018 at 2:30 PM

It's a beautifully sunny Saturday with super fun terrain options for all ages and abilities! Whether you enjoy riding the steeps, cruising the tree-lined corduroy, free-styling our natural features or shredding the terrain parks... Mt. Alyeska is your snowy playground.

Grooming Report: Mighty Mite, Gail's Gully and Silvertip are groomed off the top of Glacier Bowl Express. All main open runs are groomed wide and smooth from the top of the Tram down to the base, and groomer's choice is The Crease. Be sure to cheer-on the athlete's racing in the Alyeska Cup Alaska State Championships GS today on Race Trail, pictured in today's Photo of the Day.

Outer Areas:  The North Face, including Mid-Knuckles, is open! To access the Knuckles, enter at Chuck's Gate then follow the Micro-Bowl Traverse towards Christmas Chute. This is a double-black diamond traverse. The High-Traverse is open all the way across with an exit into Ptarmigan Gully. Lower Glacier Bowl and Chilkoot Knoll are also open. Outer areas will begin closing 1-hour prior to Glacier Bowl Express, so please check the signboards.

New This Season: All half-day & full-day lift tickets now include night skiing, and this weekend we have added Sunday night lift-ops as a bonus night!
