Shake, stir, and sip your way through The Art of the Cocktail, a hands-on class designed to give you the skills and confidence to make better cocktails at home. Each week explores a different theme, with a new lineup of techniques, spirits, and recipes:

🍸 November 1 – Classics & Foundations: Back to the basics! Shake, stir, and sip your way through iconic cocktails while discovering the secret behind timeless favorite.
🥃 November 8 – Advanced Techniques: Level up your cocktail game with exciting techniques, unexpected ingredients, and impressive tricks that’ll have you mixing like a pro!
🌴 November 15 – Tiki Time: Escape to paradise with tropical flavors, exotic ingredients, and vibrant tiki cocktails that bring the island vibes to Alaska!
🫐 November 22 – Local Flavors: Get a taste of the Last Frontier with wild Alaskan ingredients, bold local flavors, and creative cocktails inspired by the spirit of Alaska.

Spend the first half of class learning from the pros, then put those skills to work by creating your own original cocktail. We’ll finish with a friendly competition judged on taste, presentation, and creativity, with the winner taking home a $100 Alyeska Resort gift certificate.

You’ll also leave with recipe cards from the class, so you can bring a little of what you learned behind the bar back home.

Each class is $95 per person per week, and runs from 12–2 PM with light snacks included. Space is limited to 7 participants per class for a hands-on experience. Guests must be 21 or older to participate. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
